25 crunches with legs out straight
12 side crunches on each side
12 plank dips on each side
20 twisted mountain climbers
1 minute plank
16 plank dips
8 plank rocks forwards and backwards
8 full sit ups with bent legs
8 arm pulses in half sit up
8 half sit ups
8 twisted sit ups
8 legs raises
8 bicycles alternating with 8 sit up reaches repeated 3 times
