Hey, kids! I am back!
Another quick technique tip on punching. Aiming.
I see lots of students in classes like cardio boxing, Bodycombat, type of MMA style workout. For sweat purpose, nothing wrong about that.
But if you really want to get right technique, this is what you need to practice :)
Watch for your 2 big knuckles of the punching fist to aim your target in front.
Lots of people just shoot straight from shoulder line that gives too open strike zone to the opponent. Your 2 big knuckles should aim as extension to center of the opponent in front.
And pay attention to your wrist angle. Make sure to have nice straight and strong wrist from arm bone. Do not flex or bend your wrist. Very dangerous!
