Marinate Mix:
Chiu Ching Soy Sauce - 170ml
Eggs - 2pcs
Garlic - 125g
Sugar - 70g
Rock Salt - 30g
White Pepper - 20g
Dark Soy Sauce - 80ml
Light Soy Sauce - 40ml
Potato Starch - 450g
Corn Starch - 200g
Soup Mix:
Water - 4 L
Dark Soy Sauce - 80ml
Chiu Ching Soy Sauce - 60ml
Sugar - 100g
Black Pepper Powder - 4g
Rock Salt - 20g
Eggs - 3pcs
Cassava Slurry:
Water x 3 cups
Cassava Powder x 3 cups
