Work your entire upper body and core in this no repeat strength based workout. In three consecutive 30 second intervals, you’ll work the same set of muscles in three different ways. We’ll use dumbbells or kettlebells or both, and strengthen and sculpt your arms, back, shoulders, chest and abs.
