This all-bodyweight, all-standing cardio-based workout will get your heart pumping while strengthening and sculpting your abs, all with no repeats!
This 28-minute workout features two circuits with cardio-based exercises that also incorporate the core. Alternate between 40-second intervals of basic zone 2 cardio, followed by 30-second power intervals on the right and left sides, to get high-intensity and sprint training.
Each exercise offers options to modify for low-impact or intensify by adding jumps or power. All fitness levels benefit from this cardio burner!
