• 10 ml Jugo de Limón o Vinagre (2 cditas)
• Vainilla
• 8 g Maicena (1 cda)
• 120 ml Crema para batir (½ taza)

Ingredientes Torta de Zanahoria
• 195 g Harina todo uso (1 ½ tazas)
• 6 g Bicarbonato de sodio (1 cdita)
• 6 g Polvo de hornear (1 ½ cditas)
• 2.5 g Sal (½ cdita)
• 1.5 g Canela en polvo (½ cdita)

• 180 g Mantequilla sin sal derretida (3/4 taza)
• 200 g Azúcar marrón (1 taza)
• 3 Huevos
