Ingredients
desi ghee/clarified butter - 3 tbsp
methi/spinach leaves - 100 grams, boiled & water squeezed out
green peas - 200 grams, boiled
cashews - 25
onions, sliced - 2
milk - 1.5 cups
malai/fresh cream - 1 cup
grated garlic - 2 tbsp
grated ginger - 2 tbsp
green chili, chopped - 1
dalchini/cinnamon - 2 small sticks
hari elaichi/green cardamom - 6 to 8
lavang/cloves - 5 to 6
sabut kali mirch/black peppercorns - 5 to 6 or 1/2 tsp pepper powder
kasuri methi/dry fenugreek leaves - 1 tsp
salt - 1.5 tsp
dhania/coriander powder - 1 tsp
haldi/turmeric powder - 1/2 to 1 tsp
garam masala - 1/2 tsp
red chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
