How I got better results and sleep from intermittent fasting

In this video I share a change I've made to my intermittent fasting regimen to make fasting easier, more effective and more enjoyable. If you struggle with your energy levels while fasting, this might be a way to have all the energy you need, while still being able to fast.
I have stopped skipping breakfast altogether and instead consume the bulk of my calories during the day. This has resulted on better sleep, better workouts and much better results. It is an easier way to fast as well. Most days my eating window will be about 10 hours long because I want to maintain my current weight. If I wanted to get leaner, I would simply have my dinner earlier in the day.
