Welcome to this morning yoga flow - a full body yoga practice for all levels to start your day.

In this practice we will:
Start with sun salutations to build heat in the body, move with the breath and wake you up
Move through standing sequences - chair, warrior 1 & warrior 2
Practice standing twists - triangle & reverse triangle
Cultivate concentration with goddess pose and tree pose
The practice will peak with a backbend sequence - puppy pose, locust & bow pose
We'll warm down with a seated sequence with twists and forward folds
Release tension in the neck, shoulders and upper back
Finish with a short meditation and breath work

I hope this practice helps you start your day in an intentional way and that you enjoy this morning yoga flow.
