In this tutorial, we will show you how to stitch a smart shirt-style frock with a collar for baby girls, just like in the image — perfect for casual outings or stylish wear.

📍 Step-by-Step Description:

1. Fabric Selection:
Choose a plain cotton fabric for the top (white) and a striped cotton fabric (blue) for the skirt section and belt. It gives a modern, crisp look.

2. Measurements & Drafting:
Take chest, waist, shoulder, frock length, and sleeve length measurements. Draft a shirt-style bodice with a basic collar neckline.

3. Top Bodice Cutting:
Cut the front and back bodice using white fabric. Make the front bodice open style with a button placket.

4. Collar Cutting:
Cut a Peter Pan or standard collar and interface it for a neat finish. Attach the collar neatly to the neckline.

5. Skirt Cutting (Wrap Style):
Use the blue striped fabric for the bottom. Make a pleated or wrap-style skirt that looks like a shirt-dress design with button embellishments.

6. Waist Belt & Button Detailing:
Cut a matching belt in striped fabric and attach it at the waistline. Add decorative brown buttons vertically to match the design in the image.
