Third Eye Flow

✨ Third Eye Awakening Flow | Ajna Chakra Activation ✨👁️

We begin in the womb of Child’s Pose,
soft forehead kissing earth,
side-body melting open like midnight wings,
breathing into the hidden cave where vision sleeps.

Rise gently,
legs wide as ancient horizons,
forward fold unfurls,
spine spirals in sacred twists,
wringing out the fog,
making space for the indigo flame.

Then we surrender.
Shoelace pose coils the hips,
a tender twist wrings the heart open,
truth drips down the third eye’s silver thread.

Finally, Butterfly wings,
somatic and still,
knees soft as moonlit petals,
subtle pulses rocking the inner sea,
Ajna blooms,
a thousand-petaled lotus of pure seeing.

Every breath is a key.
Every shape, an invitation.
Come rest your gaze inward,
the unseen is ready to be known.

Drop into this slow, luminous journey
and let the Sixth Chakra awaken within you.
