Very unusual work out. Not a lot can hang in back - legs supersets.
Really deep stress for your nervous system and major push to break through plateaus in training.
Rest 3 mins between supersets.
1. Leg extensions x narrow reverse grip cable pull downs 5x16-20
2. Leg press x bend over bb rows 5x16
3. Squats x tbar rows 4x16
4. Vertical leg press x seated cable rows 4x16
5. Reverse hack squat x pull overs 4x16
