This is how I use a heating pad to make l. reuteri 'yogurt'
NOTE: NOTE: Dr. Davis recommends using his 'MyReuteri' product
🛍Ingredients:
2 Tablespoons of previously made L. reuteri 'yogurt'
2 Tablespoons Inulin powder (prebiotic)
32 oz. organic ultra-pasteurized half & half
📝Instructions:
Mix 2 Tablespoons of yogurt with half a cup of half & half until there are no clumps
Stir in inulin
Add the remaining half & half, stir
Pour mixture into glass dish
Ferment 99° - 100° for 36 hours
Refrigerate for 3 hours to cool
🍽Eat, or strain for a greek-style thickness

📝If you have no L. reuteri 'yogurt' follow instructions above, but instead of 2T of 'yogurt', use the amount of L. Reuteri equal to Dr. Davis' recommendation.
