What Happened When I Stopped Mindfulness Meditation

For the past few years, I've been meditating daily as part of my morning routine to tune into my body, relax my muscles and build a stronger mind-body connection. However and for a few days, I got so busy and stopped meditating. This video shares with you what happened to me when I stopped meditating and started living on autopilot.
The reason why I started my meditation routine in the first place was after being diagnosed with so many chronic illnesses: piriformis syndrome, then an L5/S1 disc herniation then ankylosing spondylitis. I needed to incorporate mindfulness into my routine to help me and since then my morning meditation routine played a huge role in my healing.
