🍰 Butter Cake Recipe | Soft, Moist & Eggless | Easy Homemade Cake | Swad Cooking Institute

Ingredients (सामग्री)

180 gms White flour (मैदा)
5 gms Baking powder (बेकिंग पाउडर)
3 gms Baking soda (बेकिंग सोडा)
150 gms Castor sugar (कास्टर शुगर)
50 gms Fresh cream (ताज़ी क्रीम)
40 gms Milk (दूध)
65 gms Butter (मक्खन)
100 gms Curd (दही)
5 gms Vanilla essence (वनीला एसेंस)
100 gms Pure chocolate chips (चॉकलेट चिप्स)

👩‍🍳 Method (विधि):

1. In a bowl, sieve together white flour, baking powder, and baking soda.
2. In another bowl, mix castor sugar, fresh cream, milk, butter, curd, and vanilla essence.
3. Gradually combine wet and dry ingredients.
4. Add chocolate chips and mix gently.
5. Pour into a greased mould and bake until golden and soft.
6. Cool, slice, and enjoy your rich, buttery, eggless cake!
