We're going back to work soon! When Stage 2 opens in Ontario, Estheticians will be able to see clients again, after many months off work. We are excited and we are going to be busy!
So let's make a plan now to give ourselves a few minutes every day to keep our necks, forearms and shoulders healthy. Let's listen to our own advice regarding self-care. 😉
Take less than 10 minutes every day to do a routine like this one to help prevent aches and pains as we get back to work.
Please note: always listen to the wisdom of your own body and never push yourself (in yoga or elsewhere) into pain.
