Freedom from back pain is possible! My own back pain is what inspired me to start my yoga journey. I used to lay on the floor day after day with back spasms and go to the chiropractor three times a week. (I grew up dancing and have a twisted pelvis.) Luckily I found a teacher who guided me in being able to fix the imbalances that were causing my pain and eliminate them from my life completely. That was over a decade ago, and since then I have had the privilege of helping many of my students do the same.
Hopefully this is the beginning of that journey for you! 🙌 🙌
Sequence: We begin with a lecture on how to benefit most from this practice 😂 🤣 and then work on moving the spine and practicing surrendering and breathing in some gentle poses. Then we move into preventative core and spine strength work, still gentle, done on our back with the height under the pelvis and on our bellies with arms overhead. Then we move into some back stretches. I recommend following this video up with my:

EQUIPMENT NEEDED: We use a wall for our feet at about a shins height, and some sort of height to lift the pelvis onto for supported core work (yoga block, folded blanket, a book even would work 🤓).
Don't expect an overnight fix. Changing a body condition means changing your lifestyle.
No one can do this for you but you. It's the worst, I know 😅 But it's also the best, because it is so empowering to be able to help yourself and live a higher quality of life.
