Hello everyone!
When you feel fatigued before doing a workout, you may think at first that your mind just wants to procrastinate on itself. Which at times it could be, but when you feel sick to workout, it’s a better idea to rest/do a light workout for your body.
Your body can't perform well if it’s weak or fatigued. If you do try to perform, it will feel more painful than it should be. With this in mind, it’s dangerous to try and perform while feeling under the weather, because your making your own mind and body train with a low battery, which can injure you in the long run.
In this video, I want to explain the different things that can take place and how to break out of it if you have been affected by it. With how you can break free from that trap of doubt.
