Hello everyone!
When you start to actually make progress working out, you will naturally try to compare yourself to others due to the confidence you have. But, I don't recommend you to do that, my friend. It has made me feel anxious of myself, making me think that I'm not doing enough for myself, which had made me build 2 not-so-good habits, which are:
Perfectionism
And
Plateau.
You know how perfectionism will ruin how you handle things.
When you start to make the littlest of the little mistakes, even if it wasn't your fault, you start to complain since you wanted your day to have no mistakes. Having perfect days is near impossible my friend.
You need to learn how to reflect on yourself every single day. Remember: We can’t be perfect all the time. By the end of this video, you will understand how to self reflect while knowing how destructive perfectionism can be. I will explain how the 2 habits I built up affected me with how self-reflection made me better than before. Even if you don’t have a perfectionist mindset, it will help build you a new mindset.
