Bahan Roti:
500 gr terigu pro tinggi
70 gr gula pasir
6 gr ragi instan
1 btr telur ukuran besar (dingin)
270-275 gr susu cair dingin
5 gr garam
60 gr mentega tawar (bisa diganti margarin)
Bahan Olesan:
susu cair
Bahan Topping:
cabe merah besar, buang bijinya, iris tipis
bawang pre, potong tipis
biji wijen hitam
abon daging/ayam, sesuaikan dengan selera anda
Bahan Olesan Mayo:
mayonnaise
susu kental manis
bagi adonan menjadi 15 pcs @ 60 gr
istirahatkan selama 30 menit
bentuk roti, istirahatkan sampai mengembang 2x selama ±60 menit
oles dengan susu, beri topping irisan cabe merah, bawang pre dan wijen
panggang ke dalam oven yang sudah dipanaskan terlebih dahulu di suhu 190°C (374°F) sampai matang selama 18-22 menit, sesuaikan dengan oven masing-masing
belah roti, beri olesan mayo, tambahkan isian abon

large red chilies, seeded, thinly sliced
spring onion, thinly sliced
black sesame seeds
beef/chicken floss, adjust to your taste
Mayo Spread Ingredients:
Mayonnaise
Sweetened condensed milk
Divide the dough into 15 pieces of 60 grams each
Let it rest for 30 minutes, covered with plastic
Shape into buns and let rise twice, approximately 60 minutes, covered with plastic
Brush with milk, top with sliced red chilies, spring onion, and sesame seeds
Bake in a preheated oven at 190°C (374°F) until cooked through, 18-22 minutes, depending on your oven.
Split the bread, spread with mayo, and add the beef/chicken floss filling.
