INGREDIENTS
For the cake
300 gm all-purpose flour
2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
3 large eggs
160 g granulated sugar
120 ml of oil ( 1/2 cup )
240 ml buttermilk ( 1 cup whole milk and 1 tbsp vinegar)
For the Ganache
250 gm chopped dark chocolate
240 ml heavy cream
1 tsp butter ( optional )
