It's time to build lean muscle, strength and get shredded like a boxer! Join me Spence Crosby in Michael B. Jordans latest film Creed 3! We will be training to get a physique like a boxer or should I say a physique like Michael B. Jordan and Jonathan Majors. Boxers are usually shredded with defined abs, lean muscle mass and even the power and strength to go along with it.
In this boxing routine. we will go through 10 different exercises that will help to build lean muscle, strength and even improve our boxing skills. Each exercise will be utilizing only our bodyweight and based on what I think Jonathan Majors and Michal B. Jordan would do just simply using their bodyweight.
Creed 3 is the latest movie in the Creed movie series centered on the character Adonis Creed. Who is the son of Apollo Creed who appeared in the legendary movie series Rocky. In Creed 3 Adonis is still on top of the boxing world. Doing extraordinarily well in boxing and having a family life. A childhood friend who had done sometime in prison named Damian resurfaces back into Adonis life. Damian declares that he deserves a shot in the ring.
Adonis seemingly can’t run from his past. So he then now has to face his old childhood friend Damian. To finally settle the score and perhaps move on with his life. But first he must get through this giant obstacle.
