Welcome to WEEK 6 of the 8-Week SCULPT Transformation Challenge! 🚀

We are bringing the heat to the upper body today with *20 REPS* per set!
This week is all about Muscular Endurance. We are lightening the load slightly but increasing the volume to push your muscles to the limit.

Why 20 Reps?
For women over 40, high-rep training helps increase blood flow, improve joint health, and create that "toned" look by keeping the muscles under tension for longer.

📅 *YOUR WEEK 6 SCHEDULE:*
• *Day 2:* Upper Body Endurance (Mandatory)
• *Day 4 (Optional):* Repeat this workout OR swap for a 20-30 min HIIT Cardio session to maximize fat burning!

🔥 *WORKOUT DETAILS:*
• Focus: Upper Body Definition (Chest, Shoulders, Biceps, Triceps, Back)
• Structure: Supersets
• Reps: 20 Reps per exercise (Embrace the burn!)
• Rest: 45 Seconds
• Equipment: Light to Medium Dumbbells (You'll need them for 20 reps!)
