125 g all-purpose flour
3 g baking powder
15 g cacao powder
A pinch of salt
50 g unsalted butter, melted

◆For the ganache:
70 g dark chocolate
70 g milk chocolate
140 g heavy cream
30 g unsalted butter

◆For assembly:
Apricot jam
