Today’s workout is a powerful full body finisher using dumbbells and a resistance band to activate every major muscle group. We'll close it out strong with a bonus squat finisher to fire up your lower body. Grab your 3KG / 6LB dumbbells (each), your band, and let’s celebrate all your hard work with one more amazing session. I’m so proud of you!

Bonus: 3 Minutes - Squats
