Recipe
450g Strong White Bread Flour
150g Whole grain Flour of your choice
3 tsp of dried yeast
400ml of lukewarm water
2tbsp of Olive Oil
2 tsp of Dark Malt Syrup (optional)
1 1/2 tsp of salt
70-80g of seeds of your choice
Mix the dough until smooth and elastic. Add the seeds towards the end of mixing. Total mixing time 12-15 minutes
Bake in an oven preheated to 250C conventional oven. Once you place the Baps inside and add the water reduce the heat to 220C and bake for 20 minutes. Remove the tray from the bottom of the oven and bake for a further 5-10 minutes
