A B O U T. T H E C L A S S
This 1 hour vinyasa yoga flow is class 10 of roadtoselflove backbends series & it is preparing our body to enter full dancer's pose - natarajasana. We do chest stretching, shoulders stretches, quads and warm up our back body to enter the peak dancer's pose safely. Backbends are very energizing and can be a good morning yoga practice.
During this challenge we deepen our backbends, balance out heart chakra energy, open the heart for self love & self acceptance & win prizes! We stretch our back, chest, shoulders. All levels welcome, listen to your body , rest when needed, take modifications. Focus on the journey & sensations!
