This somatic yoga practice focuses on the lower half of the body. Please enjoy my morning practice as a body prayer (yes - the dogs are always a part of it). Give yourself permission to do smaller, softer, slower motions with full awareness of any sensations. You are awareness and energy; wherever you take your awareness is where the energy goes.

➡️ Somatic Yoga Trainings - Immerse yourself in 50 or 110 hours of Somatic Yoga in Megan's Level 1 and Level 2 courses. The courses can be taken in a hybrid model online, in person in West Cork Ireland, or in any combination. Courses are pre-approved for Continuing Education Credits for yoga therapists (IAYT) and yoga teachers (YA).
