The calluses on our hands are good indicators of how we use our arms and hands in a habitual basis. The ideal would be to have uniform calluses over your hands so your whole hand is in use when you carry things, hang from things, or even just put your hands on the ground. This is especially important if you fall. If you are used to lifting or rotating the inside of your hand off the ground, then a fall will put a lot of force into the outer wrist and put you at risk for injury. So in this video Patrick demonstrates a few thumb and wrists stretches to help you get your whole hand on the ground and get more health inducing motions all the way up the arm and to the neck.
