TODAY’S SESSION :
Today we’re going to be slowing things down just a little bit, bringing it back to basics with some fundamental core exercises!
This is a great routine if you’re brand new to Pilates, or if you’re coming back from an injury/time off. But nonetheless even if you’re a Pilates master to come back in and check on your technique and still get that good old core burn!
