TODAY’S SESSION:
New foundation core for runners
This 11min core session is designed to target deep foundational strength. This session is not designed to smash your core, but allow you to focus on form, technique and fluidity of movement. It's a nice class to do if you know you need to add more core to your training routine but don't feel like a hard sweat.
This can be done pre/post run or anytime throughout the day you feel you want some high quality postural movements to target your core from all angles.
Special shout out to the window cleaners who get front row tickets to this class....
SESSION UPLOADS:
