TODAY’S SESSION:
Thoracic expansion interlaced with a solid multidirectional core set is perfect for runners. It's a great way to mobilise the thoracic spine, increase chest expansion as well as work on core strength endurance.
Only 11mins, and perfect to tack on the end of a run!
