TODAYS SESSION :
I have a brand new core routine for you, perfect to do before a run, after a run, or anytime of the day. We are going to work on those deep abdominals, obliques, and lower back muscles. All you need for this session is yourself, a mat, and 10 minutes of your time. Let me know how you go!
