As an Ayurveda health coach, some of the most common questions people ask me are about morning routines:
What is the most effective morning routine?
How long should my morning routine be?
What’s the best morning routine before work?
How about a morning routine for school?
While there isn't a one-size-fits-all answer, Ayurveda does have a lot to say on this topic, and I do believe a morning ritual can change your life.
I'm sharing my Ayurveda morning routine, so you can come up with your own morning routine ideas that suit you.
Mine includes meditation, self-massage (abhyanga), morning exercise, hydration and elimination, tongue scraping, etc., but yours might look different. Find one that works for you, and change it whenever you need!
