Hi. Just attempting to record the ingredients so I won't forget the next time. This a derivative of the Teriyaki sauce with sake and mirin substitute for Halal food consumers.
Ingredients
1. 1/2 cup sugar
2. 1/2 cup water
Mix and simmer slowly till the sugar dissolves
3. 1/2 cup dark soy sauce
4. 1/4 cup vinegar
5. 3/4 cup water
6. 1/4 cup sugar - to be added at the end of the mixture
