Exercise 1: Glute Bridges 💥
Lie flat on your back with your knees bent at 90 degrees and your feet flat on the floor. Squeeze your glutes to lift your hips off the floor, then lower them back down. Aim for 3 sets of 20 repetitions. 🏋️♀️🍑
Exercise 2: Donkey Kicks 🐴
Get on all fours. Lift one leg up until your foot faces the ceiling, keeping your knee bent at 90 degrees. Lower back down. Aim for 3 sets of 20 repetitions per leg. 🙌🔥
Exercise 3: Fire Hydrants 🐶
Still on all fours, lift one leg out to the side, like a dog at a fire hydrant. Lower back down. Aim for 3 sets of 20 repetitions per leg. 🐕💦
Exercise 4: Single-Leg Glute Bridge ⚖️
Assume the regular glute bridge position, then extend one leg straight up. Squeeze your glutes to lift your hips. Aim for 3 sets of 15 repetitions per leg. 🤸♀️🍑
Exercise 5: Standing Leg Lifts 🚶♀️
Stand tall and lift one leg straight out behind you. Squeeze your glutes as you do the lift. Aim for 3 sets of 20 repetitions per leg. 🚀🍑
Exercise 6: Glute Marches 🏋️♀️🚶♀️
Lie flat on your back, lift your hips into the glute bridge position, then lift one knee at a time to your chest, similar to marching in place. Aim for 3 sets of 20 repetitions (10 per leg). 🏃♀️🍑
