45 Minute Upper Body Work It Circuit with Low Impact Cardio -I love this format! In the Work It Circuit, I set out my dumbbells in a circle around my mat. There will be 6 exercises per circuit - 4 strength and 2 cardio. I made this a no repeat workout. I find it easiest to keep the dumbbells around my mat, but be sure to keep them out of the way as to not trip on them.
