You may have been hearing about peptides especially BPC-157 on some popular podcasts. I have noticed many of the rich and famous have been giving it a go and talking about it. Similar to NAD back when it was newer.
So naturally, I had to look into this and do a bit of an explainer video because it's becoming more and more popular and I want everyone to be as informed as possible about it.
I'll be going through what BPC-157 is, how it works, what it's being used for and what the research says.
A little bit about me:
My name is Kamini. I have a Bachelor of Pharmacy with First Class Honours from Curtin University and I’m currently working as a registered pharmacist while completing my Master of Human Nutrition.
