Welcome to Long Game Health!
My name is Kamini, I am a registered pharmacist from Australia and I am also currently completing a Master of Human Nutrition. Over the years through my own personal life and though my work I have seen the impact that chronic health conditions have on people, especially in the later years of their life. I have also learnt that health is very much a long game, so this channel is where I create content to educate you on the facts of current health trends and explain concepts surrounding health such as nutrition, medication and fitness. My videos will hopefully help you to make slight but long term changes to your lifestyle, so that you can make sure you do your best to feel healthy for as long as possible.
As I go though my work and studies, I am continuously learning new things and I will endeavour to pass on my learnings to anyone that is interested so that we can all play the long game together.
