Today I wanted to create some more awareness and movement in the shoulder and hip joints before attempting the spinal ELDOAs. With a little more awareness in the peripheral joints (shoulders and hips), I was hoping to make the spine ELDOAs more accessible, or perhaps more effective? We'll see! Either way, it's a good way to reorganize and un-stick the fascia and improve our postural resilience. I hope you enjoy it!
