Welcome back dancers! Today’s ballet workout is a 30 minute ballet barre pilates workout!
🌟 In this no equipment session, we’ll combine the grace of ballet barre with the strengthening elements of barre pilates to tone and sculpt your entire body. This all standing ballet workout includes balance exercises to really strengthen your core and legs. Whether you’re a dancer or just looking to improve your fitness, this workout is designed for all levels.
🩰 What You Can Expect:- A full-body workout that targets your core, legs, and arms- Exercises to enhance your balance and flexibility- A calming stretch session to finish, leaving you feeling refreshed and rejuvenated
As always dancers, make sure to keep an eye on your form throughout the workout. Make sure your spine is lengthened, ribs are down and your shoulders are squared and relaxed.
