This routine is great for beginners to workout like a dancer at home in only 30 minutes with no equipment needed! This ballet fitness workout will work the abs and core, glutes, legs, arms and back for full body fat burning workout! This ballet workout has a warm up as well as a series of ballet stretches for flexibility at the end!
