Todays video is a full body ballet workout, and specifically, a ballet workout for beginners at home. This at home pilates routine is designed to sculpt and tone your entire body for that elegant ballerina look!
This ballet fitness workout will introduce you to the method of pilates which has been combined with ballet exercises, allowing you to explore a freedom of movement and expression. Ballet Pilates fusion routines are great for fat burning so you can achieve a small waist and slim thighs. As this is a beginners routine, there are some on screen technique tips from a professional ballerina! This ballet workout features a ballet warm up as well as a ballet stretching cool down all within 20 minutes so it’s super quick and easy to do everyday!
