🥒 Ingredients:
Lauki (Bottle Gourd) – 500g (grated & squeezed)
Gram Flour (Besan) – 4–5 tbsp
Onion – 1 medium (finely chopped)
Green Chili & Garlic Paste – 2 tbsp
Red Chili Powder – 1 tsp
Coriander Powder – 1 tsp
Cumin Powder – ½ tsp
Salt – to taste
Fresh Coriander – 2 tbsp (chopped)
Oil – for shallow frying

👩🍳 Method (Step by Step):
1. Prepare Lauki: Peel and grate bottle gourd, squeeze water properly.
2. Mix Dough: Add besan, onion, green chili & garlic paste, salt, red chili powder, coriander powder, cumin, and chopped coriander. Mix well.
3. Shape Kababs: Take small portions and shape into kababs (round or oval).
4. Cook Kababs: Heat oil on medium flame, shallow fry both sides until golden brown and crispy.
5. Serve Hot: Enjoy with mint chutney, raita, or ketchup.
