With the cherry tomatoes in season in my home garden I want to turn them into one of my favorite sauces. So here is a barbeque sauce made 100% from scratch.

Ingredients for Recipe:
2 Kg (~4.5 lbs) Fresh Tomatoes
1.5 yellow onion diced
3 cloves garlic
1/2 TBSP butter for cooking onions and garlic
1/4 cup molasses
1/4 cup brown sugar
Couple dashes of soy sauce
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
1.5 cups crushed pineapple
Salt, pepper, cumin and chili powder to taste
1 jalapeño
19 g garlic powder
