I started on Zwift way back in the summer of 2023, I’ve been using it for my fitness and weight-loss training for just over two years now. I was promoted from cat C into cat B five months ago and then, I did the worst thing anyone on an upward training trajectory can do… I went on an all-inclusive holiday with the family.
