Are you feeling stiff? Wanting to gently move around, but not too much? This is the practice to do. We start in child's pose which should feel great for the low back and chest. Then we move into some spinal and ab awakening poses, and get into a slow flow that gently opens the hips, hamstrings, quads, chest, and more. We do a little bit of activation with moves like goddess pose variations, and then stretch the hamstrings and finish with twists. A great little feel-good flow perfect for any time of day.
