Namaste and welcome to this gentle 20-minute yoga practice, created to support you during your period.
If you're feeling low on energy, emotional, or experiencing discomfort — this practice is here to help you reconnect with your body, ease menstrual cramps, and honour this sacred time with softness and care. 💗🧘♀️
We’ll begin with a short seated meditation, move through gentle joint movements, flow into a few easy yoga postures, and end with deep relaxation and Savasana. No pressure, no pushing — just mindful, nurturing movement.
