CLASS LEVEL: Level 1 Pilates Class
CLASS LENGTH: 10 Minute Mat Pilates Workout
EQUIPMENT NEEDED: Resistance Band Workout
➜ Use a looped resistance band for an extra boost of intensity! The theraband is optional, but using it will make the exercises more effective to strengthen your legs and hips.
