Progress Doesn’t Require Extreme Measures | Thoughts While Painting

There’s a tendency to push through big projects in big, exhausting bursts. In my experience, it’s far more effective to work on a project a little bit each day. This daily approach reduces resistance, keeps me mentally connected to the work, and ends each session before fatigue sets in.
